Baby Giraffe (Created by Lisa Z.)

Hello High Hopes Fans!!!

Happy Saturday Friends!  The Baby Boom continues here.... and there's more!  High Hopes has just announced the upcoming Fall/Winter Release.  These are available for preorder now!  If you want to check them out and place your preorders, please click here.  There are some amazing savings by  ordering early!

Today, I am also thrilled to share with you a card using a new stamp and sentiment from the recent Baby Boom Release ...

This is Baby Giraffe (SS018) and Precious Little One sentiment (HH023).  What a cutie this little guy is!!!  And in fact, the entire Baby Boom Release is adorable!

The image was stamped on Copic Xpress It cardstock using my Misti Stamping Tool with a Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad.  The image was coloured with Copic Markers.

For the card base, I chose a piece of SU Going Gray cardstock.  The designer paper is from Simple Stories-Hello Baby 6x6 Paper Pad.  A piece of the gray cardstock was dry embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder called Swiss Dots.  This folder is perfect to use on baby cards!  The main image and sentiment were layered with the gray cardstock as well. No foam tape was used on this card, and kept relatively flat for mailing purposes. To complete this card, a Magnolia DooHickey-Romantic Lace die was used to cut a piece of white cardstock and then added to the right side of the card.  Such an easy, quick and adorable card to make!

Supplies Used:
InkCopic Markers - RV13, Y35, E43, E47 and E57; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad.
